Lamb with peas

Who said that white wine can only be combined with fish? Try to taste a Greco di Tufo Sertura with a dish of lamb with peas. The delicate and sweet flavor of the peas is enhanced by Greco and enhances the strong flavor of the meat.

Ingredients:

  • LAMBin pieces – 1 kg
  • fresh PEAS– 400 gr
  • ONION1 medium
  • PARSLEYa sprig
  • EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 4 tablespoons
  • SALT as needed
  • BLACK PEPPER as needed

Procedure: peel, cut the onion and let it brown in extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan. Add the lamb, mix and cook for 20 minutes. Add the peas, salt, a little pepper and the parsley, finely chopped, cook over medium heat for an hour with the lid on.
