The roast beef on the grill is a simple but very tasty dish. If done on the embers of a fireplace it also creates the atmosphere for a perfect evening especially if combined with a Taurasi Sertura.
Ingredients:
- fillet of beef 2 slices 2 cm thick.
- extra virgin olive oil as required
- pepper as required
- salt as required
- vinegar2 tbsp
- rosemarya few sprigs
Procedure: the fundamental ingredient is the meat, its quality, with the right aging and thickness. Marinade it with oil, rosemary, pepper and a couple of tablespoons of vinegar for two hours. Proceed with cooking on the grill. The embers must be at the right temperature, pretty hot. A few minutes per side, leaving the heart of the fillet rosy. Serve immediately and savor every bite with a sip of Taurasi: what a delight for the palate!
