Pairings: Greco di Tufo DOCG is a wine suitable for seafood dishes, excellent with raw and sautéed crustaceans, it also goes well with land dishes, pasta with mushrooms and truffles, with cheeses and soups.


It is a wine with a bright straw yellow colour. When you taste the Greco di Tufo Sertura it transmits intense notes of ripe fruit, especially peach and apricot with a citrus note to the nose, while background notes recall sweet scents such as honey. On the palate there is an acid note confirming the colour. It is a dry white wine, with good flavour, it has a certain structure. Infact, it is universally defined as “a red dressed in white”.

It is therefore a very versatile wine: the natural pairing is certainly fish in all of their forms, both as first and second courses. It can also be paired with white meats, cheeses or enjoyedas an aperitif. A particularly pleasing combination is with Neapolitan fried pizza.

The serving temperature is 10°-12° C: it is particularly appreciated on hot summer evenings.
