It is one of the most loved Italian white wines. Typically summery for its characteristics of freshness, sweetness and ease of drinking. Also appreciated for its ease of pairing: starting with aperitifs, followed by first courses of rice or pasta with seafood, but also legume or mushroom soups, second courses of fish, grilled or fried, and white meats, not least cheeses, especially young cheeses, among which buffalo mozzarella from Campania stands out.
Straw yellow in color with slight green reflections. The nose reveals a riot of aromas that are essentially fruity, such as peach and green apple. There are also floral notes that recall the flowers of the broom and the orange flowers. On the palate it is dry and fresh with a slight acidity, but it is also firm and sweet.
It should be enjoyed at a temperature of 10-12°C
