It is the decision as to the length of time for the partnering of the red grape skins, that determines the intensity of the colour. Rosato<\/strong> Sertura has an intense pink color, a shade similar to peach blossoms, it does not have high tannins but rather has a soft and velvety taste with a delicate scent reminiscent of fresh red berries, such as wild strawberries and raspberries. It is therefore ideal for fish starters, delicate first corse such as risotto or with mushrooms, second courses of fish and grilled white meats. It also pleasantly accompanies delicate cold cuts and cheeses that are not too seasoned. This versatile Rosato is more similar to a white, it should be served chilled at a temperature of 10 \u00b0-12 \u00b0C, it has a marked acidity and therefore should be drunk young.","_et_gb_content_width":""},"yoast_head":"\n
